"Save the School" Raffle

The drawing for the Blue Series Raffle was held at 2 PM on May 7th as part of the Fun Day celebration in Champlain, NY.

The winning numbers were:

• Ticket 029 for $3,000 (Billy)
• Ticket 177 for $2,000 (Nellie)
• Ticket 170 for $1,000 (Jennifer).

All three winners are local and have been contacted!!! We will be issuing the payments early this week.

Saint Mary's Academy had until June 1, 2011 to raise $80,000. Thanks to the hard work and generous support of the community, we have exceeded our goal!!!

The funds will go towards erasing the debt accumulated over the past 5 years (which the church/diocese had been carrying for us).

Any moneys we raise beyond $80,000 will go to cover any shortfall we might have this year or in the coming school years.

Let's keep the momentum going with all the events planned for this month!!!

We should be able to reach $100,000!!
